This Holiday Dr's. REMEDY has released a new collection featuring 5 new shades : 3 shimmers and 2 glitters.
Here they are standing together in a row:
Left to right: SERENE Silver Glitter, RESOLUTION Red Glitter, REVIVE Ruby Red, PASSION Purple, ESSENTIAL Emerald
The first polish I have is SERENE Silver Glitter. This polish is a one coater glitter that is not only made up of silver glitter, it also consists of blue, purple, fushia glitter. This polish screams winter and new years!
The next polish is RESOLUTION Red Glitter. It's not really red glitter, more pink glitter. I really like this polish because it's all glittery but also very gentle and sweet. This is 2 coats...my mom is wearing it right now :)
Next up is PASSION Purple. This is like a red barney purple. The formula was very easy to work with and this only took 2 coats.
Next up is REVIVE Ruby Red. You can see how intense this color is in the picture. It is a jewel toned blue red. 3 coats. It is quite perfect of a red.
Lastly, we have ESSENTIAL Emerald. It is described as "A take on the classic tree-and-plant-inspired gem of a shade, with delicate glimmer and unparalled amounts of glamour". I agree.. there's a hint of silver shimmer in it which reminds me of frost on Christmas trees. This was 2 coats.
Dr.'s Remedy nail polish is DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde free and enriched with natural ingredients.
The natural ingredients are:
- Tea Tree Oil: an essential oil obtained from the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifornia, which is found to have antiseptic and antifungal activity.
- Garlic Bulb Extract: contains Allicin, a powerful antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral agent that joins forces with Vitamin C to help kill harmful germs.
- Vitamins C&E: for healthier skin and nails.
- Wheat Protein: a vegetable derived, high quality protein which contains moisture binding capabilities and naturally increases shine.
